Premium shipping VS normal shipping.

Premium shipping is the best shipping method. With this fast shipping method your parcel is insured against loss or damages. It's tracked and need a signiature upon arrival, so you can follow your parcel before it lands inside your mailbox!. 

Normal shipping is also fast shipping, but without insurance and tracking. It's cheaper, but if you parcel gets lost or damaged you will not be able to ask for a new parcel or a refund.

We advice to always take the Premium Shipping, but we want to give you the option!

Every Catlet is made by hand with love in Belgium. We only sell perfect Catlets. But if in the first 14 days upon arrival it gets damaged we will ship the same Catlet for free if you provide us with a picture of the damaged Catlet.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

Your parcel is insured against any shipping error. So if your parcel would have any problem, you can ask for a new parcel free of any charge! This almost never happens, but its great to be insured for this kind of rarities.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sizing advice

For the best enjoyment of your Catlets, the size should be adjusted to suit your cat. We recommend that there should be enough space to comfortably place 2 fingers between your cat's neck and the Catlet. You also get 1 magnetic safety lock per order! Hook it around one of the bells and around the loop! You also get a free extension, but don't use it if you can place 2 fingers between the neck of your cat and the Catlet. The extension is given for big cats!

Catlet length

All our Catlets are handmade and therefore can vary slightly in size. The size is between 22-23 cm or 8.5-9 inch.

Free magnetic safety buckle

Each order comes with a magnetic safety clasp. This safety clasp is about 4 cm or 1.6 inches. We advise you to let your cat get used to the Catlet in the first days without the magnetic safety closure. After a few days you can also use the safety lock inside. If your cat doesn't scratch his Catlet off you can let him outside with the Catlet.

Free extension

Every Catlet is also delivered with a free handmade extension.This extension is about 4 cm or 1.6 inch. You receive a free extension, but do not use it if you can fit 2 fingers between the neck of your cat and the Catlet. The extension is given for big cats! But you can use it to make some beautiful pictures offcourse. .

RETURN & GUARANTEE

In case of returning or exchanging your Catlet, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and our default policy lasts 14 days.

RETURN

You can return your order within 14 days after you received it. When returning the order, all costs for postage are paid by you. Contact us when you want to return your order. As soon as we receive the order in good and unused condition, we will give back your money.

If for unknown reason your Catlets are send back to us, we can send it back to you free of charge without tracking. If you want tracking we will discuss with you what the price of the shipping will be.
